Adaptly provides decision optimization for e-commerce, including experimentation, analytics, and policy deployment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not use the service to process unlawful, deceptive, or misleading offers.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, its software, and all content are owned by Adaptly and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Beta Program

If you participate in the founding beta program, you acknowledge the service is experimental and may change without notice. We are not liable for results obtained during the beta period.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
